Report a WEEE Freerider

Do you know or suspect a company who may be avoiding their producer responsibilities by not complying with the WEEE regulations (a so-called ‘free rider’)?

What is a freerider?

Companies who do not comply with the WEEE regulations, either through avoidance or lack of awareness could be committing criminal and civil offences.

These companies are known as freeriders.

If you know a freerider who is not complying with the regulations and wish to report them in confidence, you can submit their details and we will forward the information anonymously to the appropriate environment agency.
