|1st||Happy New Year – you now have 30 days to submit your Certificate of Compliance to your Agency.|
|31st||Operational Plans – companies turning over £5 million or more are required to submit an Operational Plan to your Agency.|
|31st||Operational Plans – companies with obligations over 500 tonnes need to submit an Operational Plan to your Agency.|
|31st||Certificates of Compliance – all completed Certificates need to be submitted to your Agency.|
|31st||December Tonnage (transitional) Market Closes. Pre-December market closes.|
|During this month you should fill in your registration on-line on the NPWD. If you are unable to do this on-line, contact your Agency Registration Unit as a matter of urgency to obtain your Registration Form.|
|Remember: Failure to register with the Agencies by 7th April of each year will result in your company being forced to join a Compliance Scheme.|
|NB: Ensure that registration fees arrive before 7th April.|
|7th||All Registrations need to be with the Agencies.|
Submit your data to Clarity to receive regular quotations for your obligation.
You now have until next January to source, buy and complete your Certificate of Compliance.
