Clarity pledges support for #MillionMileMission

We have pledged our support for Keep Britain Tidy’s annual litter campaign, pledging miles to the #MillionMileMission.

Clarity Environmental has, once again, pledged its support for Keep Britain Tidy’s annual litter campaign.

Running from Friday 28 May to 13 June, The Great British Spring Clean campaign has set an ambitious goal this year to clean up a million miles of streets, parks, beaches and roads.

We are pledging our own miles to the #MillionMileMission on behalf of our team, showing our annual support for the UK’s biggest mass action environmental campaign and taking steps to help ensure we can enjoy a cleaner, greener, litter-free environment this summer.

Keep Britain Tidy works with people, businesses, local authorities and government to educate, innovate and inspire; improving the environment on everyone’s doorstep. Teaming up with The Daily Mail, the charity is preparing for another year to safely bring communities together across the country and help clean the litter that blights our beaches, beauty spots and streets. Individuals, schools, councils, local groups and businesses are being encouraged to take part and pledge to help keep local communities clean and litter-free.

With our outdoor spaces proving more important than ever before during the pandemic, Keep Britain Tidy hopes its litter campaign this year will be bigger and better than ever, with the ambitious aim to collectively achieve a million miles of litter-picking.

Lucy Brooks, Head of Communications at Clarity Environmental said of the team’s involvement:

“The Keep Britain Tidy campaign not only makes a positive impact to green spaces across the country, but it also helps to raise public awareness about the issue of discarded litter and the damage it can do to our environment. I am really proud of our team’s dedication to this issue. We have supported this campaign for several years now, with our team giving up many hours of their own time to reduce the discarded litter around us.

“We look forward to joining the campaign again this year, doing our bit to look after and protect the unique and beautiful landscape and waterways that surround us.”
