Clarity welcomes new starters in recruitment drive

We are delighted to have welcomed six new members to Clarity. Find out more and meet the new members of our team.

Clarity Environmental has announced a significant increase to its employee workforce following a restructure of our business divisions.
The recruitment drive sees six new starters taking on roles in our compliance account management, procurement, business development and quality divisions. The restructure was designed to ensure that we can meet the higher demand for the purchase of recycling evidence, whilst retaining our customer focus as we grow. It will also ensure our customers are effectively supported as they respond, adapt and prepare for the changes to packaging and producer responsibility regulations.

With an increasing number of businesses joining our environmental compliance membership schemes, our company sales have grown by 45% over the last three years. We ranked 74th in the 2020 Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 league table as a result, and were proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most dynamic SME’s in the London Stock Exchange Group’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ report in 2020.

We are acutely aware that the businesses we work with are currently facing some of their most difficult times - navigating their way through a pandemic, whilst also simultaneously adapting to Brexit and preparing for the changes to the producer responsibility regulations. Our new recruits will enable us to go even further to guide these businesses through the challenges ahead.

Clarity Environmental Managing Director and Founder, David Honcoop, said: “We are passionate about using the growth of our business to give back; whether that is increasing our donations to good causes, introducing new benefits for our members, or developing new services that support the growth of our industry.

“Increasing our workforce is vital to ensure we can retain our customer focus as we grow, continuing to put our customers at the heart of our business. We are acutely aware that the businesses we work with are currently facing some of their most difficult times. Not only are they navigating their way through a pandemic, but many are also simultaneously adapting to Brexit and preparing for the changes to the producer responsibility regulations. Our new recruits will enable us to go even further to guide these businesses through the challenges ahead.”
