Learn MoreWe believe in providing a working environment that allows our people to grow, both professionally and personally, and makes our team feel involved and valued. Their ideas, talent and dedication are the keys to our success.
We are a dynamic team committed to growing our business to make a difference. And we are passionate about working with our people to develop them personally and professionally within our organisation, embracing diversity and encouraging ideas and talent. Our standard benefits include healthcare cover, a contributory pension scheme, and generous annual leave and retention bonuses.
We believe it’s the little things that count, and with gestures such as birthday vouchers, Easter eggs and champagne at Christmas, we make our staff feel appreciated throughout the year.

We have signed up to the Brighton & Hove Living Wage, confirming our commitment to pay a realistic wage that allows our team to live rather than just survive. We have gone a step further by making a voluntarily commitment to pay the London Living Wage.
Set independently, updated annually, and calculated according to the real cost of living, the living wage aims to encourage local businesses to voluntarily pay all employees a decent hourly rate.
The physical and mental wellbeing of our staff is paramount, and we go above and beyond to help our teams to be healthy in mind as well as body. We provide personal training sessions three times a week, followed by a yoga class on a Friday, for all staff. We love to get outside, and with our offices based on the picturesque South Downs, we couldn’t be better placed.
Ensuring we look after our minds as well as our bodies, we also run meditation training for our staff, which helps to reduce stress, improve focus and clarity of mind. Our monthly wellbeing campaigns are aimed at supporting our team members to care for their own wellbeing.
We are on a mission to be a good business that does good and have committed to donating at least 1 per cent of our profits to charitable causes. Involving our staff in this process, our internal Clarity Cares charity donations committee allows our team to help us decide where the money goes.
We also invite each member of our team to nominate charities that mean something to them. We also encourage and support our staff to take part in charity events.
We have a range of roles within our business. Whatever your skills, we value integrity, honesty, loyalty and continual self-improvement. If we sound like the kind of company you would like to be a part of, and think you have the skills that could be of benefit to our business, get in touch.
