Day One
Deal Takes Place
Buyer receives invoice by email
Seller receives purchase order by email. Seller must fax a copy of the P(E)RN for validation.

Day Two
Buyer pays invoice by CHAPs into Clarity Interactive Client Account.
Seller receives original purchase order with pre-paid Special Delivery envelope. P(E)RN must be posted to Clarity in Brighton today.
Funds received from Buyer. If funds are received from buyer before the Lloyds TSB banking deadline of 14.30, the monies will be sent by CHAPS to seller.

Day Three
Funds received after 14.30 on day two will be sent by CHAPS to the seller for receipt the same day.
Original P(E)RN received in Brighton and posted out on the same day by Special Delivery.

Day Four
Original P(E)RN received by the Buyer by 12 noon.
