Registration
In order to trade on our web site, you must first become a registered
member. You can achieve this as follows:
- Click on Register, from the navigation menu.
- Fill out the registration form, selecting your own Member ID and Password
- Make sure you tick the box to agree to our Terms and Conditions

Member
Login
Central to the process of buying and selling PRNs through our web site
is the process of 'logging in' as a registered member of the site every
time you wish to trade.
Upon member registration, you will have chosen a Member ID and
Password. You will need these details to login.
You can login when you first visit the site by entering your Member ID
and Password under the 'Member Login' section, and clicking on the login
button. Depending upon which option you chose at the time of registration,
you will be taken to your 'member profile', or selected web page.
If you choose not to login when you first visit the site, you will have
to do so when you wish to perform any of the following actions:
- Schedule an auction
- Buy or sell on the broker board
- Place a bid in an auction
- Manage your account

and the Broker Board
We have provided two methods to enable you to buy and sell
your PRNs through our web site:
Auctions
An exciting way to trade your PRNs and get the price you
want. To schedule an auction, you must be trading a minimum quantity of
50 tonnes.
If you have PRNs you wish to sell by auction, a traditional
'English' auction will be created where bids placed in the auction will
be of increasing value.
If you wish to buy PRNs by auction, i.e. have a seller
give you the best price, a reverse auction will be created where bids
placed in the auction will be of decreasing value.
All auction types have a reserve price that must be met
in order for a successful sale.
Broker Board
Buy and sell your PRNs 'on the spot'. If you choose to buy
or sell your PRNs in this manner, you will specify a fixed price for your
PRN. A buyer or seller will then see your PRN on the broker board and decide
if they wish to purchase from, or sell to you, at the price you have specified.

Placing
a Bid to Purchase PRNs on the Broker Board
To log in:
· entire member id and password
· press log in.
This takes you into the Member Profile screen which shows details of any
bids you may have already made.
To place a bid to purchase PRNs on the Broker Board:
· Click on 'Buy PRNs' on the navigation bar.
· Choose 'Fixed Price PRN (Broker Board)'
Press Continue...
Complete all the compulsory fields and specify:
· the grade of PRN you wish to purchase
· the year the PRN relates to
· the quantity you are looking to purchase
· the price you wish to pay
· whether you are happy to receive the tonnage on more than one
certificate and if so, would you like to set minimum quantities on each
certificate?
Press Continue...
Your bid has now been placed on the market. Click 'View Broker Board' to
review all bids - your bid is highlighted in cream.
You can modify or delete your bid by pressing M (Modify) or D (Delete).

Placing
an Offer to Sell PRNs on the Broker Board
To log in:
· entire member id and password
· press Log In.
This takes you into the Member Profile screen which shows details of
any bids you may have already made.
To place a bid to purchase PRNs on the Broker Board:
· Click on 'Buy PRNs' on the navigation bar.
· Choose 'Fixed Price PRN Broker Board'
Press continue.
Complete all the compulsory fields and specify:
· the grade of PRN you wish to sell
· the year the PRN relates to
· the quantity you are looking to sell
· the price you expect to achieve
· whether you are happy to write out the tonnage on more than one
certificate and if so, would you like to set minimum quantities for each
certificate?
Press continue.
Your offer has now been placed on the market- press View Broker Board to
review all offers-your offer is highlighted in cream.
You can modify or delete your offer by pressing M (Modify) or D (Delete).

Buying
PRNs on the Broker Board
To log in:
· entire member id and password
· press Log In.
This takes you into the Member Profile screen which shows details of any
bids to purchase that you may have already made.
Go into Broker Board- this screen shows a full list of all PRNs for sale.
Click on Buy Now next to the PRN you wish to purchase.
This will take you to PRN Purchase Confirmation screen. You can amend
the total that you are about to purchase here.
Press Buy Now to confirm.
The transaction is complete.

Selling
PRNs on the Broker Board
To log in:
· entire member id and password
· press Log In.
This takes you into the Member Profile screen which shows details of any
offers to sell that you may have already made.
Go into Broker Board- this screen shows a full list of all PRNs for sale.
Click on Sell Now next to the PRN you wish to sell.
This will take you to PRN Sale Confirmation screen. You can amend the
total that you are about to sell here.
Press Sell Now to confirm.
The transaction is complete.

Managing Your Account
Member
Profile
When you login with your Member ID and Password, you will be able to
view your member profile. Your profile is basically your own personal
part of the site where you can view all activities you have performed
on the site. It is broken down into the following sections:
My Auctions
Displays a list of all current auctions that you have started, showing
the auction type, number of bids placed in the auction, and how long
is left in the auction.
My Scheduled Auctions
Displays a list of all auctions that you have scheduled for a future
date, showing the auction type, number of bids placed in the auction,
and how long until the auction starts.
My Bids
Displays a list of all the bids you have placed in other auctions on
the site.

Editing
Your Details
From time to time, your personal details may change. You can notify us
of these changes on-line by simply clicking on the edit personal details
link and amending the appropriate fields and clicking on the update
button.

Changing
Your Password
You can change your login password at any time by clicking on the change
password link. You will need to type in your new password two times
to verify that you have spelt it correctly.

Payments
Due
View all payments that are now due to be paid by clicking on payments
due. Payments are grouped under auctions and the broker board.

Complete
View all payments that you have made by clicking on payments complete.
