We are delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Chapman as a Specialist Consultant to our waste to fuel division.
With over 25 years' experience in the waste and resource sector, having previously worked with Impetus, FCC and Biffa, Paul will help with the continued expansion of our RDF and SRF network and overseas energy recovery connections.
This new appointment reflects our success and continued growth in the energy from waste sector. Working with businesses across the UK, as well as overseas, we assist our customers in converting their waste to fuel for use in EfW facilities both in the UK and on the continent. Our growing network of UK refuse derived fuel (RDF) and solid recovered fuel (SRF) outlets, and a wood recycling service that converts wood to biomass fuel means Clarity are well placed to provide inputs for these facilities.
Paul Chapman said of his appointment: "“I am delighted to be working with Clarity, a forward thinking business that offers a quality service via a knowledgeable and committed team.
“The waste to fuel sector has grown over the past few years, initially due to UK exports of RDF & SRF to the continent. Now, the UK is developing several large and medium scale EfW facilities, with their network of suppliers, Clarity are well placed to procure inputs into these new facilities.”
Managing Director, David Adams, welcomed Paul to the team, saying: “Our waste to fuel division has grown rapidly in just a few years, and quickly developed into one of our core business divisions. Our team continues to expand as a result, and I am really pleased that Paul has decided to join us at such an exciting time.
"I have known Paul for many years, and I am sure that his immense technical knowledge, industry experience and contacts will be of great assistance to our team, enabling us to grow even further in 2017."
