It's been another successful year for us at Clarity, and earlier this month we celebrated the hard work and commitment from our team with our first staff awards.
Hosting the awards we wanted to recognise and congratulate team members for their achievements and successes throughout the year, as well as rewarding the commitment and loyalty that is shown to our business, with long service awards.
Chris Taylor, Commercial Manager, said: "We are very proud of the Clarity family and the people that have worked so hard over the years to ensure our business continues to go from strength to strength. Hosting a staff awards ceremony is a fun but important way to celebrate our hard-working staff. It also allows us to share successes and best practice across the business, which ensures we continue to give our customers the best possible service. As our divisions grow, we want our staff to grow with us and so we have also recognised those staff that have shown an ongoing commitment and loyalty to the business, with long-service awards."
And the winners are...
Performance of the Year
Winner: Vikkie Fitzgerald, Project Manager
Vikkie won the 2016 Performance of the Year award for her hard work on client retention. Thanks to the strength of her relationship with our waste electrical and electronics equipment (WEEE) producers and recyclers, alongside her knowledge and understanding of the WEEE market, Vikkie ensured that our customers are remaining with us in 2017.
Feedback of the Year
Winner: Charlotte Heather, Business Development Executive
Our customers are at the heart of our business and we are immensely proud of the feedback we receive from those we work with. Charlotte has always shown a commitment to customer service and is very popular with those she works with. We were delighted with the praise she received from one of her waste clients, which won her the Feedback of the Year award.

Whenever we have experienced problems the team has always been in contact and resolved the issue in a quick and efficient manner.”
Salesperson of the Year
Winner: Martin Trigg-Knight, Account Manager (Packaging Compliance)
When Martin joined us in 2014 he made an immediate impact, quickly introducing our packaging scheme to an increasing number of producers. Martin works hard to go the extra mile for our members, offering unrivalled support and assistance and exceptional customer service. Martin won the Salesperson of the Year award for attracting major household brands to our packaging scheme.
Team member of the year
Winner: Hayley Bosworth, Quality and Data Manager
It is thanks to Hayley that our business runs so smoothly and so she was a clear winner for this award. Hayley has worked with Clarity for 9 years and her meticulous work looking after our ISO accreditations and general governance holds our business together, but she was also nominated for her helpful, caring and hardworking attitude. Hayley always goes the extra mile to help her colleagues and is very popular with her colleagues.
